AliExpress dispute process a sham
AliExpress allows seller to send you wrong item & charge you despite bait & switch
AliExpress Refund Policy states refund for wrong item sent. Their small partial refund for something I didn't want is unacceptable.
Dispute process very convoluted & time-consuming. Not user-friendly.
Will never purchase from AliExpress again.
