I bought 2 pair of climbing shoes for £75, because size doesn't fit so I returned 2 pair of climbing shoes for full refund, but it end up with £29.04 refund only. They did not give me full refund so I lost £35 for nothing!!! I 100% sent 2 pair of shoes in one parcel and they said item missing. They were so dishonest!!! People's always said Chinese apps can not be trust and now I learn the lesson from AliExpress, this is the way how they taking money from customers!!! Beware this app!!!!
