I've ordered a number of things before, usually few $'s worth - worked all right.
I've ordered something a bit more valuable now, and voila; pack has never arrived. The tracking on Ali shows "delivered" - which is a TOTAL BS, because the tracking number does not even exist at AustPost. (the claimed courier for the job)
Now their system wants "proof" - photos, videos - that I did not receive the package. They also want me to do it within 3 days otherwise the whole thing automatically closes.
It's a system that seems to support scammer sellers.
Use it sparingly, only for tiny garbage eg few screws you don't mind them "losing".
I bet it's not lost, it was a scam to start with, since the tracking is non-existent. And this was one of the "official stores".
