PURCHASED A PRINTER $300 didn’t work, provided 8 videos of proof via 13 emails and still no refund . Contacted customer care 6 times who promised to sort this out and still no response and still no response to my 27 emails.
SUPPLIER - WainNian Hero Professional Printers - sell you handheld printers that do not work. Pretend to troubleshoot until the refund time is up.
