They will not uphold their return or refund policy!
I never received my package and sent them multiple emails and evidence that it hadn’t been delivered and they denied me saying the delivery company said it was delivered when I sent them a message from them from that day saying it hadn’t been delivered! They closed it and now I’m out the money and my package!!
*EDIT* since then the delivery company has sent me an email from head office admitting the package was attempted to be delivered but it was left in an unsafe place and left unattended and it’s their fault, so I should contact the sender for replacement or refund. AliExpress is still sending me generic emails denying my request with the new evidence with no contactable information. Every time I go onto the customer service to the “higher team” and the “higher team” just seems to not care..
