This company does not have CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! only virtual agents who does not give answers. they call it live chat. I spent HOURS trying to get answers. Impossible.
I did not receive my orders because they did entered wrong shipping address. now I can not receive my orders or refunds.
I can not communicate to real person.
