I ordered a watch for a present and the box arrived totally broken, the watch itself had scratches and looked poor quality. I asked for a refund and sent the item back. They promised to repay to my bank account within 3-5 days. Instead they have now transferred it to a bonus account in order I can use against future purchases. A right scam. Will never deal with then again.
