As many others here have already confirmed, AliExpress is a fraud. Their dispute management only support the business sides. I have submitted evidence and they kept ignoring the evidence and finally just close the case and said due to lack of evidence they have no choice but to side with the supplier.
Where are you Jack Ma? You made your billions out of your customers and now this is how you treat them?
