I had placed orders for merchandise. Actually, there were three separate orders, from three different companies. I wished to use a new credit card as opposed to the one that was on your file. And I was getting the runaround from three different customer service reps trying to explain to them that I wanted to use a new credit card, and I don’t know if you if I was not explaining the situation properly or the agents just didn’t understand what I was trying to say. All that being said, too confusing and too frustrating. You have competitors who have a much better CUSTOMER SERVICE rapport than what you do. So, you’ve lost a customer. There you go!
