Items not delivered within estimated delivery period. Tracking has no update for 5 days. Agents are not knowledgeable or helpful - just giving canned apologies. They asked me to call USPS when the items shipped from China to the US are shown somehow being processed in the Netherlands!! Horrible experience and will not buy from them again.
