Scammed I bought an air conditioner on AliExpress (seller is "BeautyHome"). Item never delivered. Seller used a fraudulent tracking number to "prove" item delivery (different address and item). AliExpress dispute was not helpful since Ali's customer service chatbots just ask the same questions over and over with canned responses hoping you'll tire and drop dispute. On further research (see trustpilot one star reviews), this scam happens quite frequently on Aliexpress and reviews show Ali customer service chatbots always side with seller with canned responses Ali ("delivery guarantee" is worthless). I eventually was refunded by my credit card. Customer service is just chatbot responses
