I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option. I ordered a rug and they IMMEDIATELY charged my card but sent me no confirmation email, no confirmation or order number, and it took me a week and multiple webchats with customer service to receive one confirmation number which was WRONG and no information about my order. Then I received a new confirmation number and was told that the seller had put a stop on the order and that they could do nothing about it. I was not refunded for nearly $300. DO NOT USE THEM. I sense they are a scam. I should have known.
