Aliexpress did not care when the seller told me to get customer service to assist on the refund by even giving the screenshot of the seller chat. Aliexpress simply give excuses like not enough evidence or evidence not good enough and still ask me to laise with seller which i did with lots of videos prior. If the buyer like me get a faulty item or item does not work as stated, we got no help. Better use other ecommerce BPplatform ever possible.
