Ordered a glass product which arrived broken. Contacted AliExpress for refund which would be credited to my account when product was returned. Received an email with a link to print return label. Link did not work. Contacted Ali and they said they would send another. Their email reply to my phone call said to simply continue to refresh the screen that opened from the link. Link still does not work and therefore I can't print the label and return the item for a refund.
