Aliexpress helps scammer steal your money. This is how those seller play. They post items on aliexpress.com. Then they set your order is partially shipped. It means you are not able to cancel your order, you are not able to open dispute for two weeks. Then seller tells you this product is back order. You still need to wait for refund because aliexpress set the rule let sellers handle it. What a scam game.
