Awful experience. My packages were never attempted to be delivered and have been 'en route' back to sender, but never made it either.
I now don't have the products or my money. Ali Express refused to refund me and the courier didn't sort it either.
You get what you pay for - Cheap products, cheap service.
I will never buy anything there again. Go elsewhere. I spent so much time trying to solve this as well!
