The worst customer experience ever !
I bought 2 items. First has never been shipped to me. but I was provided a fraudulent tracking number by the seller. I ended up been refunded after a month of dispute and 30 emails back and forth.
A wrong, junk, item was delivered for the second item and. Even though the seller has to pay for the return cost, I was asked to pay in shipping cost twice the item value to return it to the seller. AliExpress buyers tried in vain to contact the seller with no response but expect me to bear a shipping cost, I am sure I will never get refunded neither by the seller nor from AliExpress.
