I was being cheap and trying to save some money. The item did arrive, late, but it just didn't work. Their return process is basically fraudulent. The page to process the review typically does not process, day after day and week after week. Their guarantee is meaningless.
I purchased a bicycle saddle that just did not fit and tried to communicate with them over and over. The one contact I did get assured me it would all be resolved.
