"After charging my card the correct amount of around $288.00, I began receiving multiple emails urging me to buy more products—including the same item I had already purchased! After waiting over a week with no useful tracking information, I received this disappointing email:
'Your order xxxxxxxxxxxxxx has been closed due to a "timeout"—Expired. The seller failed to ship your order on time, and a full refund will be issued automatically within 3 to 20 business days.'
It’s unacceptable that payment was taken instantly, but I now have to wait anywhere from 3 to 20 days to receive a refund for an item that was never even shipped. This is incredibly frustrating and far from a positive experience. Based on this, it’s unlikely I’ll be making any further purchases in the future."
