Ordered electric lunch box on 26th nov and delivery company left the courier outside my home instead of handing to me.
Contacted chat agent (which seemed not an agent but just AI). They are not ready to take any further responsibility.

Highly recommended to stay away from this company without ethics. I will stick to the reputed players like Amazon and Ebay.
Note: there is absolutely no way to get a phone support or contact UK customer service.
