Zero stars! I placed an order on November 28, 2024. I went on AE today, December 5, 2024, as I was wanting to leave a review. Lo and behold! I see that my order's status is: EXPIRED! They NEVER sent me an email or contacted me to tell me this! And when I try to get the lousy dollar 'Delivery guarantee', it tells me 'Collection unsuccessful'. Why TF have a 'guarantee'?! I contacted an agent after great difficulty, in trying to get an agent, and she tried to help me out. But in the email that I received was: "Regarding order 8196027507016823, we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue a refund at this stage since the request raised has beyond the buyer protection period." Ya, since I didn't know that my order was EXPIRED! Bunch of ripoff artists! Temu and Amazon are soooooo much better than AE. AE is run by amateurs and morons. Now, if I want to place the exact SAME order, it will cost me $6.79 MORE. That is not a big deal, but now I have to wait longer to get these items. A big FU to AE! DO BETTER!
