Disappointed with the dispute resolution process

I’m very disappointed with the handling of my dispute regarding a transaction with AliExpress. I purchased a product for £21.11 plus £3.99 shipping, which turned out to be faulty. Following the seller’s instructions, I returned the item at my own expense, providing all required evidence, including proof of return and photos. Despite this, AliExpress refused to refund my money without giving a valid explanation.
I contacted my bank, hoping for assistance in resolving this issue.
I would not recommend relying on their dispute resolution service if you’re looking for quick and straightforward assistance.
