AliExpress has proven to be utterly unreliable when it comes to conflict resolution. If things go wrong with your order, they conveniently step aside and push you to "deal with the supplier" yourself. Their chat support is a joke—after briefly looking at your case, they respond with something like 当前服务已结束 (translation: "The service has ended"), and that's it. No further communication. They’ve completely stopped responding to me.
I'm now out hundreds of dollars, and AliExpress refuses to take any responsibility. Honestly, you're better off throwing your money away at a casino—you might have more fun losing it there.
