I had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered an item that was supposedly shipped over 40 days ago, but I still haven’t received it. Despite multiple conversations and promises from customer support that the issue would be resolved, all I received were excuses and delays. They constantly ask me to wait, but I’ve waited long enough. Instead of resolving the issue, they seem to be covering for unreliable sellers who send junk to customers and disappear for months. The platform clearly doesn’t vet their sellers, nor do they punish or block them for poor service, allowing them to continue scamming people. I’ve already contacted my bank to reverse the payment and get my money back since this company has proven to be untrustworthy. I will not be doing business with them again and will warn others to avoid this platform at all costs. If you value your time and money, stay away—this platform is unreliable and full of scammers.
