I ordered a mobile phone on January 7th 2025, Now is January 29th and still not received the order yet....
I have been informed by email that the order is now assumed as received.. which it certainly has not been..!
I have had four virtual chats with online agents ,all of whom are determined to help me to request a refund for this item.
They promise the earth, but unfortunately nothing happens.
I needed this phone, so.have now purchased a similar model elsewhere.
So, it a nutshell I have had €124.72 stolen from me by Ali express and short of starting legal action against them there's nothing I can do apart from warn anyone potentially thinking of dealing with this company to reconsider and learn from my mistake..!
Just about the worst online purchase experience I have ever had .!!
Only awarding one ⭐ because there's no provision for zero stars... AVOID...!
