AliExpress have no respect for customers. Shipping items that are nowhere near as described but doing nothing to put it right.
If you get in touch with customer service they are not authorised to do anything. If they can’t answer your questions they simply ignore them, if they do agree to something they renege then deny it.
Screen grab everything as they will gaslight and lie.
Truly awful company to deal with. They will respond quickly to trustpilot asking for more details but do nothing with them. If you send them more details they just tell you to contact customer service… who cannot go anything! The circle goes round again.
Checking trustpilot reviews and another review site where they have only 1.4 stars poor rating, it seems that some reviewers that give good ratings are just grateful their items turned up and look something like they should. Is the bar really so low that actually getting what you pay for is a massive thing? Five star ratings should reflect brilliant service not just the basics. AliExpress can’t even do the basics .
