Dec 26th placed order for several items,one showing expected by 7th March ! No update on tracking since 18th Jan. Still no idea where it is,cust service says 'on the way' .Can't say where it is 'to 'phone courier ' and enquire with an international number,do they speak English ? No reply .
So after march 7th I can request refund,assuming it will arrive at some point.10 weeks estimate !
