I ordered a loft bed and was given a tracking number. The tracking showed the order was delivered and signed for but it never was. Was told that was a "false" tracking number but was then given the runaround and could never find out if the item ever shipped. This is a site to stay away from!! The prices may look good and it may show shipping from the US but they are dishonest and do not make it easy to get answers.
