They have no buyer protection whatsoever. I ordered two HT radio antennas, both of which are severely defective and failed within days. After raising this point with the seller and several weeks of back-and-forth with more than one attempt at gaslighting me, despite me uploading irrefutable evidence their product is defective, AliExpress told me I would receive a refund, and then retracted their decision. They will do everything to side with the seller and shamelessly try to gaslight you that you uploaded the wrong evidence. Complete bait-and-switch, and mind you, I have been a customer of theirs for a decade now and about 95% of the time I am happy with my purchases, and they know it because I only raise complaints when I don't receive my order or it is severely defective to the point of being unusable.
