I’ve had a really disappointing experience with AliExpress. I ordered items and decided to return it. I followed all the steps exactly as instructed, but right after submitting the return request, my account was suddenly blocked—without any notice or explanation. This meant I couldn’t finish the return process or contact the seller. I’ve reached out to customer service several times via email, but all I get are generic, automated replies that don’t address my situation at all. It feels like no one is actually reading or handling my case. Now I’m left with an unwanted order, no way to return it, and no access to my account. As an EU consumer, I know I have a legal right to a 14-day return period, and it’s extremely frustrating to see this ignored. I’ve used AliExpress for years, but after this experience, I can’t recommend it. If something goes wrong, don’t expect proper support.
