I was jerked around for the better part of a month over the lack of delivery of my order before they finally cancelled the order. I ordered on 4-2-25 with a promised delivery date of 4-10. After numerous contacts through their convoluted system and numerous "sincere apologies" and promises to expedite delivery. On the 24th, they finally cancelled the order and presumably issued a refund, of which I have yet to receive.
