They refuse tp send a return label for defective item.
Aliexpress have made me jump through hoops for two weeks now: first I have to upload photos, then they require a video, then they finally say the defective items can be returned but tell me to organise the return shipment myself and give me some obscure address in China. Sorry, this is not acceptable!
AliExpress has gone downhill in both quality of products and service. I will stick to Temu from now on.
