Failed delivery. Supplier tells me I have to take it up with Aliexpress. Aliexpress tell me I need evidence from the delivery company. Delivery company is impossible to contact - no phone number and the online form submission doesn't work. Every day I tell the customer service representatives this, complete with evidence of me trying to contact the delivery company. Then (a few hours later) I receive an email saying my disputed is rejected and to contact the delivery company. Been around this circle 30 times now and not getting anywhere with it. Very very frustrating. I didn't organise the shipping, I didn't pick a delivery company that's impossible to contact, but somehow it's all my fault and I have to cop the cost. The bots/people who send these emails are as contactable as the delivery company is - ie. NOT!
