AliExpress claims easy and quick resolutions to issues. The shipper posted on the tracker non-delivery of item because ..."recipient refused to sign" for this $11 package. I have never had to sign for packages in the past. I am lucky if AliExpress packages are tossed onto the porch.
After several emails back and forth, with repeated AI boilerplate responses, i.e., please send more evidence, AliExpress closed my dispute as "completed." I filed a dispute with my CC and they resolved the issue within hours.
