I ordered an air fryer and received a halogen oven instead — completely the wrong item. I immediately requested a return and refund, only to be told I must cover the return postage myself. This is outrageous, especially considering I paid £60 for delivery when placing the order.
Customer service has been utterly useless. Every response has been automated, with no genuine attempt to resolve the issue. It’s clear they’re just stalling and hoping I’ll give up. There’s zero accountability and no respect for the customer.
Frankly, they don’t even deserve one star. If I could give zero, I would.
