I give them 1 start because it seemed they really tried to make my tea-bag machine work, but it doesn't... sent them pictures and videos of it operating and they are very slow to come back with a resolution, then they repeat the same suggestion and pictures over and over... the latest attempt (a video showing what's going on) resulted in. NO response, I'm trying to return at least the faulty part (only the top section), but its like pulling teeth to try and move the process.
