AliExpress only acknowledged a refund was due after I disputed the charges with VISA. Then they agreed to a refund and strung me along until the VISA dispute window had passed and never did give a refund. They advertise buyer protection but after 3 months ended up saying they are unable to confirm refund and have zero information.
