I'm a long term Aliexpress customer. I used to be happy with the service.
However last 6 months their quality of service has really gone down despite growing prices.
You order product and seller never ships it and holds your money for more than 2 months untill you open a dispute.
Jack Ma can give plenty of inspirational talks, but if his company doesn't customer the basic service then he should shut up and go back to drawing board.
Personally I'm gonna look for other service.
