No refund option for buyers!
I ordered a phone charger that turned out to be defective. I contacted the seller, who made several unusual requests, e.g. take videos of the issue in a certain file format, etc. Then the seller finally instructed me to “call the manufacturer.” I tried to open a case on the website, but it couldn’t be done online. AliExpress provides NO WAY to seek compensation for buyers, even if the item is damaged.
Don’t buy anything from this deceptive company!! And don’t be deceived by the lowest price to get junk items, it’s just a waste.
