1 - 35% to 40% of the product i bought on your site i never received. 2 - when i place an order the minute i authorise the payment the screen with all the order info disappear, u don't have a chance to save the screen for future reference. 3 - in couples of days when u send a notification u mention the order number without relating it to the product i bought. 4 - minimum product information.
