I have been customers for more than 10 years, even before the app existed.
my advice to anyone wants to use this company, avoid and don't waste your money in a drain hole.
you will never receive your items or goods, above that, their customer service is not human, you are dealing with a robot.you will never get your money back, most of their sellers are shady. and very difficult to deal or solve problems with.when things go wrong you are on your own.
I have already deleted my account with them, I had enough with them.
