Poor customer service no buyer protection
I purchased an item from Ali express and it had parts missing. The spelled blamed it on the postal service. I Opened a dispute and lost due to not having a valid postal certificate for delivery. I put images up of my item with missing parts and the weight of my item that was the same as seller buyer protection does not exist its a joke
