In the past I have used Ali Express many, many times & while the delivery took ages everything arrived & I was delighted with every item. I did have a dispute with a jumper I bought & although I ordered 2 sizes bigger knowing “their “ sizing is much smaller, I still could not get it over my head. The seller refunded my money immediately with a humble apology. I was about to order several items in preparation for Christmas gifts but thought I would read customer reviews before I did. So glad I did, thank you to all who have taken the time to write of your experience because it appears in twelve months since I last shopped with them Ali Express has gone from hero to zero so they have lost another customer.
