AliExpress customer service is totally unacceptable.
I ordered a WiFi extender for a family member in New Zealand ( I am based in the E.U.)
After asking the seller,for the second time, when he would be shipping out he said in 3 days max.He issued a tracking number the next day. only to find that a day after he had cancelled shipment without notifying me.My messages went unanswered and then I decided to contact AliExpress customer service.They assured me that they would tell the seller that I wanted to cancel.I then ordered with another seller who promptly shipped out within a few hours ( item received )
Family member is still waiting for the initial, unwanted now WiFi extender which the seller sneakily re-shipped a day before I could open a dispute.
I have de-activated my AliExpress account etc
There are some good sellers at AliExpress - the one star review is for AliExpress' customer service.
