I don’t want to even leave a one star rating as Aliexpress customer service doesn’t rate at all!!
Utterly unprofessional and customer service non existent. My mother returned her faulty phone and received no refund as it was apparently ‘lost’ in transit. So nearly two years later we are still waiting for contact from ‘customer service’ for a refund or a new phone.
Please be aware if this company because they don’t want to know you or assist you if something goes wrong!!
