I ordered a jacket on Ali express, and the seller wrote to me saying that the item was not available. I didn’t see this until a month later, so I replied and said please refund then. It wasn’t possible to refund I had to dispute. Then the seller told me that the item had been delivered and showed me the tracking to say that it was delivered two months ago. ( at the same time they wrote to me saying it was not available.)
I never signed for or received the package so I disputed it. Aliexpress insisted that the package was delivered and that they couldn’t do anything. I lost €35 and there was nothing I could do about it. It should not be on the buyer to take responsibility for a wrongful delivery. Sellers should be insured against this kind of thing. I will never order on Aliexpress again.
