Very bad experience with ali express. My parcel is not delivered to me and they are saying that they delivered and not giving me any proof instead asking me to give a proof that I didn’t receive the item? How can i give a proof if I didn’t receive it. They are very unprofessional and asking me to ask my neighbours or local post office or local company and If they have my parcel?I just have international tracking no and no local tracking no so i have to call each company to ask that if anyone has my parcel without knowing my local tracking number. How they can deliver the item without checking any id?
