The items I received were not what I ordered. The dispute process would NOT let me up-load the picture of what I received. To make a report, you need the product URL and that is nowhere to be found, even when requested.
I have 3 more items that I have received that don't match up with orders I made.... so I can't even figure out how to start a dispute.
I thought I would give this a try, but NEVER AGAIN!
