AE used to be a reliable, inexpensive place to purchase items, but since last fall, they have stopped acknowledging purchase & notices of items being sent out. One would have to log on to its website to find out status of purchase. The last straw was my last purchase on Jan 30, 2020. It's now 4/28 & item has still not arrive. Last dispute date is today, yet trying to get a refund went into an endless loop.
