COMMUNICATION IS DEFINITELY THE KEY. ALIEXPRESS FAILS MORE THAN THE SELLER DOES. AT LEAST YOU CAN MESSAGE THE SELLER. IT'S BAD ENOUGH THAT THE SELLER DIDN'T DELIVER, DIDN'T REFUND MY MONEY, AS SOON AS, THE DISPUTE WAS FINISHED, BUT WHAT MADE IT REALLY WORST IS THAT ALIEXPRESS DOES NOT HAVE A CONTACT PERSON, OR NUMBER. THE CHAT GOES ON AUTOMATED AS SOON AS DISPUTE IS FINISHED NOT AFTER REFUND.
